Update: Apparently these drones ARE showing up in other countries.  The issue is now more enigmatic.

Regarding the pre-inauguration drone phenomena;  I haven’t heard about these appearing in any other country. That alone narrows possibilities. Consider any and all “conspiracy theories” as plausible. Whatever the cause, you can bet the government will deny it or distort its ultimate meaning. 

January 20th can’t come fast enough.
